ABOUT ME
As an architectural designer with 5 years of professional experience, I am deeply vested in my craft and strive to create spaces that are tailored to the user's needs and dreams. I believe strongly in creating sustainable designs that adhere to good design principles, promote equity, and engage with people on a human scale. Good, elevating design should be readily accessible to everyone.
Outside of my professional practice, being actively engaged in my local community is extremely important to me. I currently serve as a member of the board of directors for our local LGBTQ+ support center, Flourish Point, and volunteer on a regional council for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I am also passionate about the work of the Red Cross, where I have become a certified Disaster Assessment Team member, and am beginning my training to start working to reunite separated refugee families.
In my free-time, I enjoy traveling, kayaking, and exploring the great US National Park System.
